1. Who we are

2. What we sell
Digital eSIM data plans for travel. Each product page states the data amount, validity period, covered destination(s), hotspot policy, and when validity begins. The version shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.
3. Activation and validity
Unless a plan states otherwise, validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in a covered destination. Installing the eSIM does not start the plan. Some plans use a fixed start date — this is always shown before payment.
4. Fair use and network restrictions
Plans with fair-use or speed limits are labelled on the product page — we do not sell an "unlimited" plan without stating its limits. Network availability can vary by location and device; we state verified networks where available and never guarantee coverage indoors or in remote areas.

6. Your account and orders
Orders are accessed through a secure order link delivered to your email. Keep it private: anyone with the link can view your plan status and installation options. You are responsible for providing a correct email address at checkout.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed connections or lost work time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
